Generate a Property Deep Report for a buyer

Produce a full buyer-decision report — value, loan affordability, deal rating, investment ROI, schools, neighborhood, and a location map — from one address.

The Property Deep Report is everything a buyer needs to decide, built from an address and how they'll use the home. It reuses your CMA data and adds loan affordability, an AI deal rating, and investment returns for rentals.

Each report is shareable by link and exportable to PDF, branded with your profile.

Step by step

  1. Open Sales Assistant → Deep Report.

  2. Enter the property address and pick the intended use: primary residence, second home, or investment.

  3. Optionally adjust the loan assumptions (down payment, rate, term) — sensible defaults are prefilled.

  4. Click Generate. The team pulls comps, computes affordability + ROI, rates the deal, and looks up schools and the neighborhood.

  5. Copy the share link or download the PDF to send to your buyer.
