Describe what a buyer wants in plain English, get matched real listings, refine, and email the best ones to the buyer in a click.

AI House Search finds real, current listings from a natural-language brief, grounded in live web data. Add refinements as checkboxes to narrow the results, then send the best matches to your buyer.

It's the fast way to put a curated lineup in front of a buyer without manually hunting the portals.

Step by step

  1. Open Sales Assistant → House Search.

  2. Describe the buyer's criteria in plain English (location, price, beds/baths, must-haves).

  3. Review the matches; check any suggested refinements and re-run to narrow the list.

  4. Select the listings to send and click Email to buyer — pick a contact or type an address.

  5. The buyer receives a branded email with the lineup and your signature.
