Work the Lead Queue
Triage new inbound leads in under 30 seconds each — claim, qualify, and route to the right follow-up sequence.
The Lead Queue is where new inbound leads land before they're assigned. If you're a solo agent, AI auto-claims everything for you; if you have a team, this is where ISAs work down the daily queue.
Triage shouldn't take more than 30 seconds per lead — the AI has already drafted a first response, so your job is to confirm the response went out and decide what sequence to run next.
Step by step
Open Leads → Lead Queue from the sidebar.
Each card shows the lead source, the first message that went out, and the AI's qualification score (Hot / Warm / Cool).
Click Claim to take ownership. The lead moves into your Contacts and the AI follow-up sequence continues running.
If the lead is clearly not real (test submissions, junk emails), click Mark as spam — it suppresses further outreach and trains the lead-quality model.
For high-intent leads, click Call now — the dialer fires immediately with the lead's number and a one-page context summary so you can dial fully briefed.
