Triage SMS, email, voicemails, and AI drafts from one inbox. Filters, bulk actions, and keyboard shortcuts for fast clearing.

The Conversations inbox is the daily home base. It unifies SMS, email, voicemails, and AI-drafted replies awaiting your approval into one feed, sorted by urgency.

Step by step

  1. Open Communicate → Conversations from the sidebar.

  2. Use the filter pills at the top to narrow: Needs reply, AI drafts, Hot leads, Last 24h.

  3. Click any thread to see the full history — SMS, email, calls — alongside the contact's deal status and lead source.

  4. Reply directly with text, voice message, or a quick template (press '/' to insert a template).

  5. Press 'e' to archive, 'r' to mark as needs reply, or 'a' to assign to a teammate. Keyboard shortcuts work across the whole inbox.

  6. For AI drafts on Require approval policy, click Approve to send as-is, Edit & send to tweak first, or Discard to delete.
