Use the Transaction Coordinator kanban

Track every pending deal across the inspection / appraisal / closing pipeline. Date-based reminders prevent dropped balls.

Once an offer is accepted, the deal moves into the Transaction Coordinator — a kanban-style board organized by stage: Under contract → Inspection → Appraisal → Loan commitment → Clear-to-close → Closed. Each card has the dates that matter, the documents collected, and the next task with its responsible party.

Step by step

  1. Open Transactions → Coordinator from the sidebar.

  2. Each card shows the property, parties, closing date, and a colored badge for the next critical milestone (with days remaining).

  3. Drag cards between columns as the deal moves through stages. Date-based reminders auto-fire at standard intervals (inspection scheduled 2 days before deadline, appraisal followup at day 5, etc.).

  4. Click any card for the full deal view: timeline, documents, communications, and the responsible party for each pending task.

  5. Add a transaction coordinator team member (if you have one) and reassign tasks via the per-task assignee dropdown — they get notified in their own inbox.
