Find your highest-leverage past clients

The Sphere Monetization score ranks past clients and sphere contacts by combined buyer + seller potential — so you know who to call this week.

Most repeat business comes from people you already know — but it's easy to lose track of who's life-stage-ready to buy or sell again. Sphere Monetization scores every past client and sphere contact on two axes: seller score (years owned, equity growth, life events) and buyer score (income, life stage, market signals).

Step by step

  1. Open Insights → Sphere monetization from the sidebar.

  2. The default view is sorted by combined score (both_high). Top of the list is people likely to be both selling and buying — your highest leverage.

  3. Filter by score type: Seller leverage only (likely sellers), Buyer leverage only (likely buyers), or Both high.

  4. Click into any contact to see the signals behind the score — purchase year, estimated equity, market activity in their neighborhood, life events from social/public records.

  5. Use the recommended outreach cadence on each contact: usually a quarterly check-in for high-score sphere, monthly for both_high.
