Schedule showings and capture feedback

Schedule tours, send confirmations, and capture per-property feedback from buyers in one workflow.

The Showings tracker is where buyer-side activity lives. Each tour is a row with the property, scheduled time, buyer attendees, and a structured feedback form the buyer completes after — feeding both the contact record and your seller-side reporting.

Step by step

  1. Open Buyers → Showings → New showing. Pick the buyer (creates a contact if new), the property (from MLS or manual), and the date/time.

  2. Optional: enable Pre-tour BBA check — if no signed Buyer Broker Agreement exists, you'll get a soft warning before confirmation.

  3. Send the confirmation. The buyer gets an SMS with the address, time, and a link to the auto-generated property packet.

  4. After the showing, the buyer gets a link to a 60-second feedback form: 1–5 rating, what they liked, what they didn't, would they make an offer.

  5. Feedback lands on both the contact timeline and (if the listing is yours) the seller report — so sellers get real-time buyer signal without you typing it up.
