Configure your sales model
Tell LeadSmart how you run your business — lifecycle stages, target conversion rates, average commission — so it can coach you in your context.
The Sales Model panel is where you define how your business actually works: lifecycle stages from new lead to closed, target conversion rates between stages, your average commission per close, and your annual GCI target. This data feeds every projection, coaching nudge, and growth recommendation across LeadSmart.
Step by step
Open Workflow → Sales Model from the sidebar.
Review the default lifecycle: New lead → Contacted → Appointment set → Shown → Offer made → Under contract → Closed. Rename or add stages to match how you actually work.
Set target conversion rates per stage. If you don't know yours, use the suggested defaults — the system will recalibrate from your real data after 90 days.
Enter average commission per close and your annual GCI target.
Save. The Performance dashboard and Deal Coach now project against these numbers.
