Step by step

  1. Open Communicate → Postcards → New mailer.

  3. Pick the recipient list: a saved Smart List (e.g. your geographic farm), a custom radius around the listing, or a CSV upload.

  4. Preview the front and back. Edit the copy inline or upload a custom design.

  5. Approve and pay — postcards drop at USPS within 48 hours, typically arrive 3–5 business days later. Tracking shows when each card hit the mail stream.
