Step by step
When you create an open house, the Post–Open House sequence auto-attaches to every signup. No extra setup required.
Touch 1 (same day, ~30 min after they leave): Thanks-for-coming SMS + the listing PDF.
Touch 2 (next morning): Personalized video email recapping the property and asking what they'd like to see next.
Touch 3 (day 3): MLS listing alert with 3 comparable homes in the area.
Touch 4 (day 5): Direct ask — 'Would you like to schedule a tour?' — sent at the time of day they engaged most.
Touch 5 (day 7): Sphere drop into the long-term nurture if no engagement. They stay on monthly market-update emails.
