Use playbooks for repeatable workflows

Save your best sequences — buyer onboarding, FSBO outreach, expired follow-up — as repeatable playbooks anyone on the team can run.

Playbooks are saved multi-step workflows: a checklist of tasks + templated messages + automated triggers that you (or any team member) can apply to any contact or deal in one click. The default library covers buyer onboarding, FSBO outreach, expired listing follow-up, and post-closing nurture.

Step by step

  1. Open Workflow → Playbooks from the sidebar.

  2. Pick a starter playbook or click New playbook.

  3. Define the steps: each is either a task (assigned to you or someone else, with a due date offset), a templated message (SMS, email, or video), or an automated check (e.g. 'pause until BBA signed').

  4. Optional: set triggers — auto-apply this playbook when a contact lifecycle moves to New lead, or when a deal hits Under contract.

  5. Save. Apply to any contact/deal from the contact page → Apply playbook.
