Manage buyer offers from draft to acceptance
Draft offers, send for e-signature, track counter-offers, and move accepted offers into the transaction workflow.
The Offers tracker handles the buyer-side offer lifecycle: drafting, sending for signature, receiving counters, and rolling acceptance into a full transaction record. It eliminates the email-back-and-forth of attached PDFs and version mismatches.
Step by step
Open Buyers → Offers → New offer. Pick the buyer and the property; the form pre-fills standard local contract fields.
Fill in the offer terms: price, earnest money, financing, contingencies, closing date.
Click Generate document — the offer is auto-rendered to your local state contract template.
Send for e-signature (Dotloop or DocuSign). The buyer signs first, then the offer routes to the listing agent.
Track status: Drafted → Sent → Signed by buyer → Sent to listing → Accepted / Countered / Rejected.
On acceptance, click Convert to transaction — the offer becomes a deal in the Transaction Coordinator with the full inspection / appraisal / closing timeline auto-populated.
