Pre-fill the Mortgage Calculator for a specific property and send the buyer a branded link they can play with.

Buyers obsess over monthly payment math. Instead of doing the math in a text thread, send them a pre-filled, branded mortgage calculator they can adjust themselves — down payment, rate, term, taxes — and see exactly what their monthly payment would be.

Step by step

  1. Open Property Tools → Mortgage Calculator.

  2. Enter the home price (or pre-fill from the buyer's saved deal record).

  3. Set the default down payment and rate. The buyer can change anything from their end.

  4. Click Generate share link. The URL opens a branded calculator with your photo, name, and contact button.

  5. Send via SMS or email from inside LeadSmart. Every interaction (open, change, contact click) shows up on the contact timeline.
