Add a listing and run it through to close

Track active and pending listings — pricing, marketing plan, showings, offers received, and time-to-close in one record.

The Listings page is your seller-side dashboard. Each listing is one record covering pricing, days on market, scheduled showings, feedback rolled up from buyer tours, offers received, and the marketing plan progress.

Step by step

  1. Open Sellers → Listings → New listing. Pull from MLS or enter manually.

  2. Set the listing price. The page surfaces the latest CMA snapshot and pricing-relative-to-market color (under / at / over).

  3. Click Attach marketing plan to auto-schedule the 30-day rollout (see the Marketing Plans guide).

  4. As buyer-side agents schedule showings on the property, the showings appear on the listing record with their feedback once submitted.

  5. Offers received roll into the listing card with side-by-side comparison: price, financing, contingencies, close date. Approve or counter from this view.

  6. On accepted offer, convert the listing to a Pending deal in the Transaction Coordinator.
