Connect your email, calendar, and lead sources
Connect Google/Microsoft for email + calendar sync, plus lead-source integrations for Zillow, Facebook, and your IDX site.
Integrations are the wiring that lets LeadSmart sit inside your existing workflow. Email + calendar sync means every conversation and appointment lands on the contact timeline automatically; lead-source connectors mean new leads flow through AI follow-up without you forwarding anything.
Step by step
Open Settings → Channels & Compliance → Integrations.
Connect Google or Microsoft 365 — this enables email sync (Gmail/Outlook threads attach to contacts), calendar sync (your bookings show on the LeadSmart calendar), and OAuth-based sending.
Connect lead sources: Zillow Premier Agent, Facebook Lead Ads, Realtor.com, plus your IDX site forms via the embeddable webhook.
For each source, test it: trigger a sample submission. The lead should land in your Lead Queue within 30 seconds.
Optional: connect Dotloop or DocuSign for e-signature, and Zapier / Make for any custom workflow.
