Growth & Opportunities is a daily feed of AI-surfaced actions outside your active pipeline — expireds in your area to call, withdrawn listings ready to relist, hot leads going stale, market shifts in your geographic farms, and rate-environment changes affecting affordability for your buyer list.

Step by step

  1. Open Insights → Growth & Opportunities.

  2. Each card is one opportunity with a Why now reasoning, a recommended next step, and a one-click action button.

  3. Filter by type: Listings (expireds, withdrawns, FSBOs), Sphere (stale touchpoints), Market (rate moves, inventory shifts), Buyer signals (life events in your buyer list).

  4. Click Do now to take the suggested action — usually a templated call script, a draft email, or a prefilled outreach.

  5. Snooze or dismiss items that aren't relevant. The feed personalizes over time.
