Auto-draft Instagram + Facebook posts for any listing — captions, hashtags, and image overlays — from one screen.

The Generate Leads feature drafts ready-to-post social content for your active listings. The AI pulls property details (price, beds, baths, key features) and produces three caption variants per post — short hook, story style, and bullet-list — plus suggested hashtags scoped to your local market.

Step by step

  1. Open Leads → Generate Leads → New post.

  2. Pick the listing from your Listings library, or paste an MLS link to pull the details automatically.

  3. Select the platform mix (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or all three).

  4. Review the three caption variants. Edit any copy in place, or click Regenerate for new options.

  5. Click Publish to post immediately, or Schedule to queue posts across the next 7 days at the engagement-optimal time for each platform.
