Approve or edit AI drafts before they send
If you run AI follow-up on Require approval, every drafted reply lands here. Triage in batches; approve, edit, or discard with one click.
Require approval policy keeps a human in the loop on every AI-drafted message. Drafts queue up in one screen so you can clear them in a 10-minute morning batch instead of being pinged all day.
Step by step
Open Communicate → Drafts.
Drafts are grouped by contact, with the AI's reasoning shown inline (e.g. 'Buyer asked about inspections — drafted a reply with the inspection contingency clause').
Click Approve to send as-is. Click Edit & send to tweak first.
Click Discard if the draft is off — and add a one-line reason. The feedback feeds back into the AI's drafting model for your account.
Once your inbox is at zero drafts daily, consider switching to Auto-send. Most agents move to auto after their first 2–3 weeks of approval reviews.
