Use the AI Deal Coach for next-step suggestions

The Deal Coach reviews every active deal nightly and surfaces the one next action that's most likely to move it forward.

The Deal Coach is the LeadSmart sidekick that watches your pipeline overnight and surfaces a prioritized to-do list each morning. It reads every active deal's history — last touchpoint, days since contact, what's blocking progression — and suggests the single highest-leverage next action.

Step by step

  1. Open Insights → Coaching from the sidebar.

  2. The top of the screen shows today's prioritized actions: 'Call back Sarah Chen — quiet for 14 days, was hot,' 'Send updated CMA to Mark Davis — listing presentation tomorrow,' etc.

  3. Click any action to see the Deal Coach's reasoning (what data points it used to surface this).

  4. Click Do now to jump to the action surface (inbox compose, dialer, CMA builder). Or click Snooze to push it 1 day / 3 days / next week.

  5. Mark actions Complete as you finish them. Completed items train the model on which suggestions actually help you.
