When a client texts you a Zillow link asking 'what do you think?' the Zillow / Redfin Link Analyzer turns a 20-minute mental review into a 30-second AI summary. Paste the link, and the AI pulls the listing details, photo signals, neighborhood data, and recent comps to flag what's noteworthy.

Step by step

  1. Open Property Tools → Zillow / Redfin Link Analyzer (also accessible from any contact via Quick actions).

  2. Paste the Zillow or Redfin URL.

  3. The AI returns a summary covering: list price vs. comps, condition signals from photos, neighborhood walkability/schools, price-per-square-foot context, and any red flags (HOA issues, sloped lot, dated systems).

  4. Click Send to client to text or email the summary directly to the contact, branded with your name.
