The AI Deal Analyzer is a fast first-screen tool for investors and rehabbers. Paste the property URL (Zillow, Redfin, MLS) or an address; the AI returns a one-page memo: property snapshot, condition flags from listing photos, neighborhood risk signals, comp-based target price range, and a recommended go/no-go.

Step by step

  1. Open Property Tools → AI Deal Analyzer.

  2. Paste the property URL or address.

  3. Pick your strategy: Buy-and-hold, Flip, BRRRR, or House hack. The analyzer tunes its memo to your strategy's KPIs.

  4. Wait ~30 seconds for the AI to pull comps + analyze photos + draft the memo.

  5. Review the memo. Click any section heading to dive deeper (e.g. comps table, condition flags from photos, rent estimate breakdown).

  6. Click Save to deal or Export PDF to share with a partner or lender.
