Step by step

  1. Open Sales Assistant → Outreach and choose the Call channel.

  2. Select the lead list or smart segment to call (new leads, aged leads, a portal import).

  3. Pick the goal — qualify buyer, qualify seller, or reactivate — and review the qualifying questions and tone.

  4. Choose send-now or schedule, and whether calls auto-place or wait for your approval.

  5. As calls complete, each lead is scored on intent and the qualified ones are booked; transcripts and notes log to the contact automatically.
